Interview with the most successful woman in my life

Today I am talking with my mom, because in my opinion she is one of the strongest, bravest and most successful woman on earth. For your information, my mom raised me and my little sister almost on her own. And we all know how hard it is to raise two children nowadays.

Laura:“So, mom. For me you are a role model of being a mother. I appreciate every choice and every opportunity you gave us, to get us where and what we are now.”

Laura“There are some questions I have never asked you.”

How did you make it? How did you become so successful?

Mom: “Life is a process. It is important to face all challenges. I think that is the reason I did it. I often fell, but I have to be a role model. So, I get up and go forward”.

What motivates you? What are you passionate about?

Mom: “My children motivate me every day. Every laugher, tear and every weird idea or choice motivates me. My passion is to be a mother”. 

What is your talent? What are your key strengths?

Mom: “Ambition, accuracy, willpower. My talent is to stay organized and so I master every single day of my life”.

What advice do you have for leaders?

Mom: “Motivate and always have an open ear for problems. There are always problems which are needed to be handled. You also need a clear head to face the problems and get a solution”.

What is your key success?

Mom: “I have to face new tasks, learn something new and watch them growing up every day. That is my key success”.
